Doozies is a seasonal scratch kitchen that operates between March and November. Our kitchen is heavy on prep and moves a high volume of food daily. Applicants must have understanding of prep and par lists. As well as have experience with fryers, flat top grills, and various other pieces of kitchen equipment and utensils.
